1. Project Manager
Specialist is responsible for the general management of the working process of the project. Duties include building and supervising a team, developing a schedule of activities, monitoring the quality and ensuring the deadlines of the project, as well as managing the budget and controlling the risks.

2. Art Director
Specialist is responsible for the management of the creative process including working with a designer on developing the general concept of the project. Duties include ensuring the quality of designers’ and editors’ works.

3. Technical Director
Specialist is responsible for the programming portion of the project and supervising the work of technical specialists (html editors, programmers, technical designers, and testing specialists).

4. Specialist on Usability and Optimization
Specialist is responsible for the development of comfortable and comprehensive structure of the website for a user.

Specialist also recommends criteria for correct formulation of information columns (passage names, titles, hyperlinks). 

5. Designer
Specialist is responsible for the development of creative concept of the website design, as well as different graphic elements of the website (illustrations, icons, visual images).

6. Technical Designer
Specialist is responsible for the development of pages of the website on the basis of confirmed concept of the website.

7. HTML-editor
Specialist is responsible for the editing of the html-pages of the website.

8. Programmer
Specialist is responsible for the integration of the system management, development of various scripts and databases, and for the solution of other issues connected with programming.

In case of necessity other specialists also get involved in the project, for example tester, flash-designer and flash-programmer, content-manager, market specialist, copywriter.
